Week 2 - Conflict Resolution

For week 2, we learned about conflict resolution, whereby we learn about the characters of our groupmates as well as how to resolve a conflict. It was very important for me to learn about the characteristics of my teammates, so that I knew how to approach them. I also learnt that i was more of a teddy-bear or owl, which means im more accomodating and collaborating with my team members. More importantly, I also found that there were no sharks in our team, which made me relieved as I feel that we should work together as a team, and not just focus on winning individually. Weicheng and I also managed to meet up online and do the inception deck for the challenge statement.

However, we did face some challenges, which is our Not to Do list and the showing of solution. For the Not to do List, we did not know exactly what we are going to add inside our website, whereas for the showing of solution, we also did not know what software to use, for example the database. After consulting and discussing more with my team members, we managed to solve these 2 parts and created our inception deck.
